Customized
Call Answering:
We
will answer all calls in your company's name, using a
greeting that you specify. We will provide customer service
and sales support to your callers by answering questions,
gathering information, taking orders, setting appointments,
and more. You have complete flexibility to customize every
aspect of your account. Your new live staff will be there to
answer your calls from 8:30am - 12:00am Midnight, Monday through Friday
& 10:00am - 3:00pm on Saturday, EST. See below for

receive all of your faxes and email to them to you upon
receipt, allowing you to filter what you would like to
print, save, or discard.

Appointment Setting, Order Taking:
Through a detailed
questionnaire, you will provide your new staff with all of
the information needed to transform them into your own
customer service and sales force. Our entire staff has
the experience to take your information and articulate it
effectively to close the sale, set the appointment, or solve
a customer service issue.
Instant
Notification of Messages:
Our state of the art phone system allows for instant
notification of messages. You will be emailed, paged, or
faxed after each call, or at intervals of your choice.
This feature will allow you to run your business in real
time, regardless of where you are.
Voicemail:
With your service, you will be assigned a private, password
protected voicemail box that you can access 24 hours a day
from anywhere via a toll free access number. If callers are
transferred to your voicemail during business hours, your
staff will notify you instantly to check your messages.
After 12:00am Midnight EST, our "meet me" or
"one number" system
kicks in. This feature will allow you to be located at any
time, regardless of where you are. You will be called by the
phone system, hear a greeting stating the callers name, and
will then have the option to accept or reject the call. If
you either turn this feature off, or refuse the call, the
caller will be placed into your voicemail. The transfer is
100% seamless, and your caller will never know that they did
not call your specific location. You can customize
this feature by calling a toll free access line that will
allow you to program in the numbers that you would like to
be reached at. The rate is .07 cents per minute for incoming
calls, and an additional .07 cents per minute for outgoing
calls.
You
will also have up to 3 separate password protected voicemail
boxes, which can be used for various departments or
employees. You have the flexibility to customize how
your voicemail is organized, and the 'tree format' used for
your voicemail.

Employment
Verification:
Hands-Free Office
will handle all calls regarding past and present employees.
We will provide those callers with basic employment
information such as employment dates and salary. As with any
HR department, it is not Hands-Free Office's policy to
comment on job performance.
Multiple
Office Addresses:
Don't
publish your home address on the internet. You will be able
to use our office addresses in NY, FL, and NV as your own. We
will accept mail for you, forward it to you, and you even
have the option to see clients out of our NY location. Now,
a NY Headquarters is just a phone call away! If you already
have an office, we will within 24 hours make it look as if
you have at least 2 additional offices.
Mail
Forwarding:
All received mail will be forwarded to you upon receipt. We
do not charge a handling fee, however, you will be
responsible for postage. We can also re-mail items for you,
so your customers see a postmark from our offices (NY, FL, or NV). Any urgent documents can be opened, scanned and emailed
to you at your request
Is
it expensive?
Missing
a customer's call is expensive. A customer seeing a P.O. Box
as your address can be expensive. Not having a toll free
number can be expensive. Losing a caller's business for any
reason is definitely expensive! While the value of good

Monthly Billing:
The
investment for everything listed above (without any
"extras") is $530.00 US per month, or around
only $103 per week! This includes 550 minutes of incoming calls per month. There will be an
additional fee of .90 cents per minute for any minutes over
550. There are several billing options available. You may
pay on a month to month basis or in 3 or 6 month intervals
(at a discount) - the choice is yours.
