Announcement
Only - This type of mailbox does not
accept recorded messages. It is used to play an announcement
of any desired length of up to 10 minutes long, and then
hang up. Many clients use this as a broadcast method
to get the word out or play a message for callers regarding
their services or announcements.
Basic
Voicemail Box - This is the most common type of
voicemail box, where callers are generally greeted by a
pre-recorded message (greeting) asking them to leave a
message. We can create the greeting for you or you can
record your own anytime 24/7/365.
Special
- Rendezvous Mailbox - This
is a "meet- me" connection type of mailbox
designed to allow the subscriber to talk directly with
her/her caller if the subscriber answers within a
programmable waiting time (called "rendezvous wait
time"). If you (the subscriber) fail to respond to the
call within the "waiting time", the caller will be
directed to leave a message. The message will then trigger
an out-dialing delivery process to notify you that a message
was left. With this service you can be in California and
speak to someone calling from Europe or New York and they
will never know the difference!
Wake
Up Call Service - This is a special service
designed to serve as your personal alarm clock or reminder.
You can program it anytime choosing the wake up times, as
well as the phone number that the system will call along
with the days of the week for the service. Perfect for
traveling salespeople as well as for those of us that want a
back-up to their regular alarm.
